Professional background

My clinical experience includes work at Vadaskert Hospital and Outpatient Clinic, the National Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, and the First Department of Psychiatry at Nyírő Gyula Hospital. Since 2011, I have worked in private practice at Rakparti Pszichopraxis.

I have led psychodrama groups since 2005. In both individual and group work, I pay attention to what is said as well as to relationships, roles and recurring patterns.

Professional approach

A psychodynamic approach explores present difficulties in the context of personal history and relationships. It considers transference and countertransference, as well as feelings and meanings that may not be readily accessible to conscious thought.

The experiential nature of psychodrama adds another perspective: an internal or interpersonal situation may become clearer when we explore it through roles and relationships, as well as through discussion.

Professional work and publications

My publications address health psychology, the doctor–patient relationship, psychodrama and focused counselling. My own developments include the MINERVA research and strategy method and MyDestiny, a dating platform exploring relationship chemistry.
